Failure To Return

If you do not post the item or items back on the last day of the Rental End Date, you acknowledge and agree that Borrowed From may charge you with any of the below fees:

£30 in late fees for each day after the Rental End Date that the item remains outstanding.`the applicable Rental Fee to the number of additional days you keep the item;

Any reasonable legal expenses incurred by Borrowed From in retrieving the item or outstanding Item Fees

All fees are payable in British Pound Sterling and are subject to change over time.

Failure to return the rental item(s) Borrowed From will contact the renter Borrowed From allowing 7 working days for the item(s) to be returned. If Borrowed From believes the item(s) will not be returned the full RRP of the item(s) listed on the item page will need to be paid by the renter. Failure to this a legal case will be opened.

If the return label was not used and an additional label was purchased and scanned the Renter must send the tracking details to hello@borrowedfrom.co.uk without this there is no evidence to show the item(s) was posted. If the return label was not used and no additional tracking details are sent to Borrowed From the Item(s) will be marked as not returned and additional costs will need to be paid by the Renter.

Shopify Payments and PayPal manages our secure payment, and you acknowledge and consent to sharing your information with both for the purpose of the Borrowed From Service. Shopify Payments or PayPal may require further identification checks, and you will be required to provide the further requested information to ensure your use of the Borrowed From Service.

Cancellation Policy

Please be cautious when making a purchase on Borrowed From; we do not offer refunds on any orders. If you have made a mistake or changed your mind on an order, we will offer you a studio credit equal to the value of your hire, which can be used on an alternate garment. Studio credits do not expire.

If you chose to no longer rent a product or products, you can cancel your booking up to 3 calendar days of the Rental Start Date. You will receive a full credit in the form of a code to redeem on any rental. Borrowed From does not offer refunds to the original payment method, unless it was a credit code used. This code will be valid for 12 months. Borrowed From reserves the right to charge you with a late Cancellation Change of £15

If Borrowed From believes that you rented a product or products with the intention of theft or to cause any other damage, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract without notice and to charge you with a sum that we deem to be appropriate equal to that of the Replacement Value.

Users’ Liability

You are responsible for having sufficient funds available to replace lost or damaged products up to the sum of the Replacement Value of each product. The Replacement price is listed on each product under the RRP.
